New in Looker 6.24, you can create email alerts from dashboards when specified conditions have been met or exceeded without having to enable the Conditional Alerts Labs feature.
You’ll find these pages under the Alerts & Schedules section of Looker’s Admin menu. Non-admins with the
create_alerts permission will not be able to view these pages. Choose one for more information:
- Manage Alerts
View, filter by, edit, and delete dashboard tile alerts. Navigate to the dashboard containing the tile with the alert.
- Alert History
View running, complete, and failed alerts.
View, reassign, and delete data delivery schedules.
- Schedule History
View history of and troubleshoot scheduled data deliveries.
- External Emails
Monitor data being sent from Looker to external email addresses.
